A boutique energy consulting firm relied on manual financial analyses to support its clients, which consumed significant time and effort. They needed a web-based solution to automate financial modeling, generate reports for customers and integrate AI and machine learning to augment analyses.
We first analyzed and documented the client’s existing financial models and processes, then developed Python scripts to automate core calculations.
Next, we built a web app that allowed users to input data, run financial models and generate reports. We continued development by adding integrations with third-party data services and expanding available financial models.
We also introduced AI features, including financial forecasting, computer vision and prediction to complete missing information in datasets.
Outcome
The product is live and used daily by the client to perform faster, more accurate analyses and generate reports. It has also become a key tool for marketing and fundraising efforts.
