UHY Prime is an internationally connected accounting and consulting firm supporting businesses, organisations and professionals with complex financial, tax, regulatory and business challenges.

 

We work with privately owned businesses, listed companies, multinational groups, investors and professional organisations across different markets. Our services cover audit, assurance, accounting, tax, business advisory, risk management, governance and other cross-border business matters.

Established in 1986 and headquartered in London, UK, UHY International coordinates an international network of legally independent accounting and consulting firms, with more than 300 offices across nearly 100 countries.

The UHY network serves a diverse range of clients, including publicly listed corporations, large and medium-sized companies, privately owned businesses, not-for-profit organisations and public institutions. Its professionals bring experience from different countries, cultures and areas of expertise.

 

UHY Prime is an independent member of the UHY network. Through the network, we can connect clients with relevant professionals and local market knowledge where cross-border coordination is required.

Each UHY member firm is a separate legal entity, and services are provided by the member firm that accepts the engagement. UHY International does not itself provide professional services to clients.
