| Down-selected to choose a suitable AI-enabled tool | Standard operating procedures developed to deploy tech enterprise-wide | Organizational documents being migrated to system |
A Fortune 100 consumer goods company with over 300,000 employees and more than 100 business units lacked a centralized repository for executed contracts. Without easy access to contract data, the organization faced challenges responding to regulatory requests and supporting enterprise-wide reporting needs. Manual processes created delays and increased risk.
We guided the client through a technology selection process, starting with requirements gathering and vendor shortlisting. We supported the RFP process, analyzed responses, validated vendor demos and led a proof-of-concept exercise. Ultimately, we recommended an AI-enabled document management platform with significant human-in-the-loop processes to support quality.
Next, we developed standard operating procedures for enterprise deployment. This included indexing business units, identifying document custodians, mapping storage locations and aligning deployment sequencing with business unit use cases.
Outcome
After selection, the client began sequencing deployments across the enterprise. The new system is reducing the effort required to gather and maintain contract data, enabling integration across disparate storage systems and accelerating the company’s regulatory response.
